Yangzhou Xinjing Solar Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Tianshan Industrial Park in Gaoyou which has a large number of photovoltaic businesses. This company is a high-tech enterprise of the State and a private technological enterprise of Jiangsu that specializes in the research, production and sale of solar battery piece and components. In 2015, our battery production workshop was rated as “model intelligent workshop of Jiangsu Province” by Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission, and our company was the first enterprise in Gaoyou that won this distinction.
Since putting into operation in May 2011, Xinjing was oriented to the market and took technological innovation as the core competitiveness of our company whilst exercising strict control on product quality. Over the past five years, our company has been carrying out production continuously and has seen sound development. In 2017, Xinjing achieved a sales volume of RMB 580 million and paid tax of RMB 10.5 million. Presently our main customers in China include Jiangsu Zhongli Tenghui, Zhejiang Yuhui, Jintan Zhengxin, Shandong Linuo and other large photovoltaic manufacturers. At the same time, our products have been primarily sold to more than 20 countries, such as Japan, Australia and Southeast Asia.
Xinjing has a complete scientific research system, 106 technical personnel and 12 senior backbone technical elites. Most of them had worked for Shangde, Tianhe, Jing’ao and other leading enterprises in the industry. Professor Shen Honglie -doctoral supervisor of the College of Material Science and Technology of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, academician of Asia-Pacific Academy of Materials, and deputy director of the key laboratory of Jiangsu on energy conversion materials and technology was invited as our technical adviser. Moreover, our annual investment on technology research and development is no less than 5% of the sales volume of the current year. Now Xinjing is capable of independently researching crystalline silicon solar battery piece and has obtained more than 20 total proprietary patents on the production system of battery piece. At the same time, our battery conversion efficiency of conventional production lines has improved by over 0.4%, allowing Xinjing to play a leading role in the same realm.
Our company has established Jiangsu enterprise technical center, Jiangsu graduate student workstation, and Yangzhou engineering technical center, which has also set up the product research center on solar photovoltaic application and the test center and has 66 research staff. The center engages in the technological innovation and technical progress on solar photovoltaic cells. It focuses on carrying out research on key and common technologies, the research and development of universal functional components, and new material applications, etc.
While strengthening Xinjing’s innovation ability, our company sticks to the road of integrating “production, learning, and research” and has established long-term, close cooperation on “production, learning, and research” with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Zhejiang University, Shanghai University, Southeast University, Yangzhou University, and other colleges and universities. All these have offered powerful guarantee to our efforts in the development of photovoltaic technology.
